WeReportNews understands today Joao Moutinho will be confirmed the new Chelsea Head Coach it’s believed he’s signed a 2 year deal with an option to extend a further year. Moutinho was shockingly sacked last month by Wolves. Chelsea believe Moutinho is the right man to bring Chelsea back into the Top 4 after last season Tuchel failed to qualify in any European competition last season after their 7th place finish. Moutinho will be given £180 million to sign 3 players this summer in a bid to freshen the squad up.
