Emergency services were dispatched to the rapid dechesnes area around 5:30 am this morning , where a woman who was walking her dog before work claimed to have seen a body laying on the dirt road,the victim was identified as 18 year old “ Quinn Gilchrist “ the cause of death remains unknown and there will be updates upon further investigations.
