Los Cruz is currently experiencing a housing shortage. The current government blames the recession caused by labour for this. House prices in 2030 were around on average for a 3-bedroom house was £190,000, now they are over £500,000. The Government has tried to comeback this after new-built houses surge, with a new council area being developed. This has slowed the prices growing, however demand is still far higher than demand.
