Early this morning Animal Control Officer Jordan Rans responded to a chaotic scene. After a concerned citizen reported a loose stallion causing mischief in the six thousand block of Plymouth-Laporte Trail, AC-1 swiftly responded to the scene. After several tense minutes which saw the Officer utilize his siren and loud speaker the suspect was identified and the maniacal stallion was locked away.
