Jersey Airport to remain closed until further notice

Bosses at Jersey Airport say the Airport will remain closed, and they do not know when they can reopen. One boss says, “From Hurricane Henry, the airport sustained so much damage it is unusable. We are having discussions with the government for financial aid, and hope we can be given it to reopen the airport sooner. We are looking at 3, to maybe 4 weeks of flight cancellations and closure, possibly longer”. It is estimated £432mil is needed to repair Jersey Airport.
