Airport to be sold for £711mil

Chief Minister, Harry Smith says it’s in the islands best interest at this difficult economic time. It would “save” taxpayers £1.5bn a year selling the contract privately. He hints at introducing MOT for motorists, like the UK, costing £95. This would raise £1.14bn a year, which would be allocated to improving road conditions.
