East Hampton resident Kevin Rarey shot a (-13) 47 at Portland Golf-West to win the 1st Annual Fall Festival golf tournament in Quarry Town. Rarey shot an eagle on the final four holes to easily defeat a field and finish seven strokes ahead of Portland’s Phil McCrevis, who finished second to Rarey on the leaderboard.
