East Hampton resident Kevin Rarey shot a (-13) 47 at Portland Golf-West to win the 1st Annual Fall Festival golf tournament in Quarry Town. Rarey shot an eagle on the final four holes to pull away from the field and finish seven strokes ahead of Portland’s Phil McCrevis, who finished a distant second to Rarey on the leaderboard. Rarey said his strategy was simple, “I aim for the hole.”
