Mr.Borg and Mr.Cheazet Sign The Triple Release Bill

After much speculation, Mr.Borg finally arrived to the senate chambers at 7:25pm for one order of business, the final signature of the Triple Release Bill. This is of course following hours of speculation when Mr.Borg did not only not show up to senate chambers earlier at the standard meeting time of 5pm but was also nowhere to be seen after. After signing the bill at 7:31pm Mr.Borg apologized for the delay and cited a near fatal case of food poisoning which he believes “could have been planted by special interests not allowing me to sign this bill”. Immediately after signing the bill Mr.Borg gave a speech about government transparency and complimented his opponent for being the first to sign. Mr.Borg said he was happy to cooperate with his opponent on this one issue, and cited that he had confidence in the process of democracy. Despite this supposed turn around of conviction, many Mr.Cheazet supporters are skeptical of Mr.Borgs delay in signing and claim it was the attention of the press that motivated him to sign. Mr.Borg supporters on the other hand are celebrating their confidence in him and claiming Cheazet supporters are overly skeptical. 40 minutes prior to the release violence broke out between Borg and Cheazet mobs, causing 2 deaths of cannon characters who would’ve been introduced in December. But now both sides have made up. We still await an official statement by Mr.Cheazet.
