Rarey Sinks Birthday Ace

Following his win at the Portland Pro-Am Golf Tournament last month, East Hampton resident Kevin Rarey sank a hole-in-one as he celebrated his birthday on Nov. 12. Rarey, who served as a cook in the army, sank his ace from 461 yards away on the ninth hole at Stanley Golf Course in New Britain. Following the incredible feat, amazed onlookers were seen congratulating Rarey on his albatross (double eagle). When asked his secret to success, Rarey simply stated, “I aim for the hole.”
