With the West Point Graduates: No, President Obama did not shake hands with every West Point graduate every year he spoke at their commencement ceremony. He did, however, do so in 2010 and 2014. It's important to note that the custom of shaking hands with every graduate is not always possible due to time constraints or other factors, and is not a guaranteed tradition at every commencement. He was there, have a swell, patriotic speech, and maybe he felt it overbearing, or whatever the reason, you make poor excuses to bash.
